'DOLIUM'
Our team goal was to create a light fixture that would focus on illuminating small spaces to ones need. Our final design consisted of two 360° rotational shades which allows full customization to the user’s needs. ‘DOLIUM’s adaptive design provides the user with an industrial light that allows the display to be aesthetic with it on/off.
This light fixture was designed by myself, Sam Mcilveen, and Carlie Besser
This product went through extensive research to achieve the final result. After countless iterations we found the final design we were going to go with and starting planning for modeling.
Throughout the modeling process everything was meticulously planned and every cut made was mapped out, every part that was printed was measured and created to the mm.
At the end we finished with a fully functional product that exceeded our expectations.
